Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

United States:
Delivered via USPS or FedEx, with average transit times of 15–20 business days.

International:
Orders typically arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your region and the fulfillment center.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but certain events may cause unexpected delays, such as:

🔍 Tracking Your Order

❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
    📧 Email us at nolavis@gmail.com with the subject line: “Cancel My Order.”

  • Need to correct your shipping address? Let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.
    Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.

🚚 Delivery Attempts

Carriers will usually make two delivery attempts.
If unsuccessful, your order may be returned to us. Please follow your tracking updates closely to avoid missed deliveries.

📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right — quickly and easily.
Please send us:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the damaged product

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
